  • Depending on where you're located and what size dumpster you need, the specific guidelines and list of unacceptable materials may vary.

    Here are some general guidelines of items that are NOT allowed. An additional rate will be charged for any of the following “Unacceptable Materials” listed below, found in dumpster.

     

    • Hazardous waste

    • Industrial waste

    • Asbestos

    • Adhesives

    • Infectious waste

    • Contaminated absorbents

    • Chemical products

    • Oil filters

    • Food wastes

    • Dirt, concrete, brick, asphalt, sod or shingles should only be disposed in 20YD containers

    • Herbicides & pesticides

    • Radioactive material

    • Solvents

    • Thinners

    • Lacquers,

    • Paint (except completely dried latex paint cans, no liquids), other flammable liquids, Aerosol cans, propane tanks, motor oil, transmission oil/lubricating/hydraulic oil/ oil filters

    • Contaminated oils (mixed with solvents, gasoline, etc.)

    • Fuels

    • Contaminated soils

    • Antifreeze

    • Appliances, hot water heater, A/C

    • Petroleum contaminated soil/lead paint chips

    • Tires (where permitted an additional fee of $20-$50 will be charged)

    • Batteries

    • Car batteries

    • Mattresses (where permitted an additional fee of $25-$50 will be charged)

    • Computers, Monitors, Televisions, Microwaves

    • Fluorescent Tubes

    • Any item containing refrigerant must be evacuated according to federal law before disposal.

  • The price includes a one-time delivery and pick-up for selected container size along with standard disposal of 2 tons, fuel, environmental surcharges and taxes. All waste will be disposed of in a fully approved and licensed disposal facility.

  • Clear Path Dumpsters accepts the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, and we also accept ACH payments. We also accept Zelle payment.

  • You can have as many additional hauls as needed with your order but you will be assessed the per haul fee with standard disposal per haul.

  • Yes, additional charges will be billed if your container tonnage goes over the standard disposal included in your service agreement.

  • All dumpster orders will be delivered on the scheduled day of service. Your container may arrive any time throughout the day unless it's been scheduled for a specific time frame. Please feel free to call or text 689-800-4480 for ETA.

  • Yes. Please try to load the dumpster as evenly as possibly. BE SURE NOT TO OVERLOAD THE DUMPSTER. The dumpster shall not be filled above the top of the dumpster. No items shall be hanging over the sides or sticking out of the dumpster at any time.

  • No, unless you want to be. Please give us very specific placement instructions and we will deliver the dumpster according to these instructions. If the dumpster needs to be placed in an area/spot that is not easily described over the phone or if the delivery location is especially crucial, then it would be a good idea for someone to be there to ensure the dumpster is placed in the right spot.

  • Due to the dumpster’s weight, there is a risk that it may cause some damage to your lawn and certain types of driveways. To assist with this concern, Clear Path Dumpsters will have pieces of plywood ready when the container is delivered to place under the wheels of the dumpster. This should help minimize any damage. Clear Path Dumpsters does not take any responsibility or liability for any damage caused to your lawn or driveway, however.

02 Dumpster Delivery

We will deliver the container to your location of choice clean, odor-free.

When choosing a dumpster location:

  • Avoid areas near pedestrian walkways or automobile traffic

  • Leave the required space of at least 100 feet in length for dumpster drop-off

  • Select a level surface, free of debris and obstructions like low hanging wires or tree branches

03 Fill Your Dumpster

  • Please do not go past the fill line in your dumpster

04 Pickup Prep

  • Ensure items in your dumpster are evenly distrubuted and not sticking out of the top

  • Do not exceed the maximum tonnage allowed

05 Dumpster Pickup

We'll pick up your dumpster whenever you're ready. Give us a call or text when you're ready and we'll pick it up unless your pick-up is already pre-scheduled. If you need more time please reach out.

On Service Day(s):

  • move parked vehicles or other obstacles that may prevent access to your dumpster

  • Make sure gates are unlocked or provided our driver with a code or key to gain access to the service area

  • Remove tarp that's been added to protect your dumpster from inclement weather
